After an early career in electrical engineering and a second career in Agriculture, Gerald went back to a hobby he began sixty years ago in Savannah’s Chatham Junior High—woodworking. Even as a young man, he seemed to enjoy the design as much as the creating.

Although Gerald loves working with exotic woods, his favorite medium is creating pieces from trees with a special meaning to the recipients. His beautiful creations grace the homes of family members and a few select friends.
